Donations

  • All donations made to Agristic Cultural Development Organisation are voluntary and generally non-refundable.
  • Once a donation is successfully processed through our website or authorized payment channels, it cannot normally be canceled or reversed.
  • In case of an incorrect donation amount, duplicate transaction, or technical payment error, donors are requested to contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed if found valid and genuine.

Event Registrations & Other Contributions

  • Any registration fees, participation fees, or contributions towards events, workshops, campaigns, or activities may not be refundable unless specifically mentioned.
  • Agristic Cultural Development Organisation reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the nature of the transaction and circumstances involved.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
